Delivery (UK and EU countries ONLY)
All UK & EU orders are generally dispatched within 1 working day. All EU deliveries are sent International Tracked & Signed (requires a signature and is tracked). EU countries generally arrive within 3 to 7 working days.
At present over 98% of orders are dispatched next working day. Some orders same working day.
All orders are packaged very discreetly in a White/Grey Gift style mailing box (easily fits through a standard letter box) enclosed in a white mailing bag showing delivery name and address and returns PO Box address only (no SafeTest4 reference externally) i.e. discreet.
We will send you an email notification once your order has been dispatched indicating the expected delivery date/time. If this is a standard UK delivery dispatched First Class that means the item will be delivered at the earliest by the next working day.
Note: Royal Mail state that First Class has a 1 to 3 Working day delivery time i.e. excludes Sundays, Bank Holidays etc, however most (~98%) arrive next working day from dispatch.
If however the goods (UK deliveries only) have not arrived within the 3 working days you must contact us (by email) without delay – we will respond within 24hrs. If you fail to contact us within 7 days of the dispatch date(indicated in email) then we will only refund / replace up to 80% of the order value. If you fail to contact us after 14 days this will be 60%. 21 days 50%. After 28 days 30%.
If goods fail to arrive we may ask for documentary proof of a supplied address to confirm shipping address information before any refund / replacement can be processed.
Any goods re-sent due to a failed delivery must go as Recoded Delivery (requires a signature) to prevent any additional failed delivery (normally this occurs at shared buildings i.e. flats)
Recorded & Special Delivery Services.
If you decided to have the goods sent by a means that requires a signature on receipt of goods and/or has a specific time period of delivery, then you are responsible for receiving those goods.
If you fail to receive the goods within the delivery time window due to an error on your part then you cannot return the goods for a full refund.
You will have to return the goods at your own cost (proof of posting required) and cover any postage paid for the initial delivery as well as be charged a 25% restocking fee if the goods have not been opened. If the goods have been opened then they cannot be returned.
Refunds and Returns
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct information including the delivery address. We will not be held responsible for orders dispatched using incorrect details and therefore undelivered. Refunds will not be made until the items are returned to us by Royal Mail after obtaining a returns number.
Unopened orders may be returned within 14 days (from day of delivery) at customer’s expense for a full refund (not including postage) or exchange. Faulty or damaged goods are eligible for a replacement, provided you notify us within 14 days of delivery.
A returns number is required before any product can be returned. To obtain a returns number please email us (SafeTest4@gmail.com) and we will respond with the required form/information. Any item sent back without prior obtaining a returns number will be returned to you at your cost
Under the Distant Selling Law you have the right to return goods, or cancel an order, up to 14 working days. Email us with your request and we will respond with the required form/information. Any goods that have been dispatched must be returned as new at your cost complete with instructions and all additional items or accessories. On receipt of goods a refund will be processed.
All returns must have proof of posting documentation.
Damaged, faulty and incorrectly supplied goods we will cover the cost of the postage to resolve the problem.
Special orders cannot be returned for refund.
EU orders & contact info etc
If you try and circumvent the EU delivery restriction and use a neighbouring EU country, or other country, in the purchase process; your money will be refunded less any costs incurred by us regarding the transaction to a minimum of £3.00 per transaction (equivalent in the Currency purchased). It is your responsibility to know if your country is in the EU, or not.
It is your responsibility to make sure all contact/delivery information provided is correct. Either directly to us, or via any Third Party e.g. PayPal. If goods are dispatched to an erroneous address and the goods are returned and a period of 10 days has gone by from original dispatch, then no refund can be given as these goods have limited shelf life when in transit as are stored in unknown conditions.
If we cannot contact you regarding you order once placed and we incur costs you will be liable to those costs if they are in excess to the standard purchase/delivery process provided.

Missing deliveries (UK)
Unfortunately sometimes things do not get to their destination.
The credit / Debit card companies and Merchants e.g. Paypal, require a Proof of Posting for acceptance that the goods were dispatch i.e. passed from our control to the Courier. If we can provide that then the goods are considered not under our control and hence technically delivered. Therefore the Card company / Merchant cannot make any claim on us nor can the purchaser if an item is not delivered and such proof is available. In such a case the failure for the goods going missing is solely down to the particular courier service used i.e. we have no control of what happens to an item once it has entered a courier service e.g. Royal Mail.
If we can provide Proof of Posting it will be at our discretion if any refund, or replacement is made.
At best a replacement will be sent (recoded delivery only which we will pay), or a part refund may be offered; this will only happen after a minimum of 14 days from posting. If a full refund is to be given this will not take place until 30 days after posting and may depend on whether the item has arrived at our returns address or original delivery address (the item would need to be returned unopened)
Changes to an order
You may change an order up to 14 days from purchase/delivery. Goods may be returned if the individual seals of the protective membrane are unbroken (obtaining a returns number first). You will be charged for the delivery of the replacements, as well as any extra charges incurred.
